Layout Design

    • Measuring your space, creating a 3D model, and drafting floorplans

    • Designing a layout for an existing finished space, unfinished space, or renovation project with furniture and fixture placement

    All services include a free consultation.

    This is a completely free, no-obligation consultation.

    Room Pricing:

    • Single Room (excluding kitchens): $300

    • Kitchen: $600

    Project-Based Pricing:

    • Large open concept spaces, full-floor layouts, and whole-home designs will be provided a free custom quote after initial consultation

    • Discount on room pricing for full-floor layouts and whole-home designs

    Layout Design pricing includes one initial consultation and one design consultation, additional consultations and revisions will be charged at the hourly rate ($100/hour).

Interior Design

    • Measuring your space, creating a 3D model, and drafting floorplans

    • Designing a layout for an existing finished space, unfinished space, or renovation project with furniture and fixture placement

    • Providing full interior design, including mood board and selection of all finishes, furnishings, and accent pieces

    All services include a free consultation.

  • Free Consultation

    This is a completely free, no-obligation consultation.

    Project-Based Pricing

    • Interior Design projects will be provided a free custom quote after initial consultation

    • Pricing will include the appropriate Layout Design price plus an additional fee for time and materials.

    • Clients will have the option to purchase furnishings on their own (via links provided with project mood board) or to have purchasing and staging completed by Nook & Burrow. All items purchased through Nook & Burrow will receive discounted trade pricing.

    Interior Design pricing includes one initial consultation and two design consultations, additional consultations and revisions will be charged at the hourly rate ($100/hour).
